Diakoftis is located in the area of Afiartis near the airport about 21 km from Pigadia, the capital of Karpathos. The white golden sand and the emerald waters is a combination that has creates a Caribbean scenery. The water is shallow and cool, along side with the turquoise color and the soft sand create a sense of a lagoon. Sun beds and a small canteen are the only services.
